Partial Planning & Design
The partial planning package is perfect for the creative couple that has booked their venue and vendors but would like assistance with some of the small but important details. We can help bring clarity to the planning and design concept , as well as help with vendor management, timeline management, day of coordination, as well as give expert guidance. Partial Planning services are booked no later than 6 months out from the wedding date.

Wedding Day Management is perfect for the couple who enjoy planning their wedding or social event. Most of the details are planned, and you need a little help a month or two before the big day to execute the small details. C.L. 's Elegant Decor will handle last minute planning details, site visit, and ensure all vendors are on task and up to date on their roles. This will allow you to relax knowing our team will take care of the rest. This includes: wedding rehearsal/rehearsal dinner, ceremony coordination, cocktail hour & reception coordination

Our detailed design & décor services includes inspiration/mood board, signature event detailing, floor plan layout, management of décor setup and breakdown, and vendor coordination.*

C.L. 's Elegant Décor is committed to helping our wedding clients with more than creating a beautiful décor experience. Our Virginia certified Officiant performs civil and religious ceremonies. Customizing your ceremony is of utmost importance. A couple's consultation allows us to get to know you and ensure all required documents are in place for your big day. Elopements are also available.
