About Our CEO
Chloris is a native of North Carolina, an experienced entrepreneur, with a creative eye, and Southern charm. She is the wife of a retired Air Force Airman and mother of three adult children. Chloris has traveled the world with her husband and family. She now resides in Richmond, VA.
Chloris has completed several formal courses in Hospitality Management from Central Texas College and Strafford University. While attending Central Texas College, Chloris received several awards from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute for academic excellence. She received her Wedding and event Planning Accreditation from Lovegevity’s Wedding and Event Planning Institute through Virginia Commonwealth University. She also received her Wedding and Event Design Accreditation through The Institute of Wedding and Event Design.
Chloris’ passion for event design and decorating started over 30 years ago. During this time she shadowed the Lead Designer of her local church to set up for weddings and corporate events. This led to opportunities to design and decorate for military events while living overseas with her family. After returning to the United States, she realized decorating had become a passion she wanted to pursue. With the help of her husband, family and friends, she decided to launch out and follow her dream of becoming a Professional Wedding and Event Planner and Designer.
